Products and Services

The websites provide information about online coaching services, which are offered via separate contractual agreements, as well as eBooks and courses. The following distinctions apply:

Coaching Services: Information about coaching services is available on the websites, but no transactions or contract signings occur online. When a coaching package is purchased, the client will receive a contract that outlines the terms and conditions, including details on refund, cancellation, and rescheduling. The terms in the contract govern the coaching services, not this website. Access to coaching services is subject to full payment and the execution of a signed agreement, with no services commencing until both conditions are met.
Digital Products (eBooks and Courses): eBooks and courses are administered and purchased directly through the Kajabi platform. All purchases for these digital products are final, and no refunds are provided unless otherwise required by applicable laws. Users acknowledge that their purchases are subject to Kajabi’s Terms and Conditions as well.

Payment and Refund Policy

Coaching Services

For coaching services, payment and refund policies are governed by the separate contract provided to the client upon purchase. The client must agree to and sign this contract, which outlines all terms related to payment, refund, cancellation, and rescheduling of coaching services. These terms will vary depending on the specific package (single session, 3-month, or 6-month).

Payment for coaching services must be made in full prior to the commencement of any services.

Digital Products (eBooks and Courses)

All payments for eBooks and online courses are processed directly through the Kajabi platform. By completing a purchase, the user agrees to provide accurate billing information and authorizes the processing of payments.

Refunds for Digital Products: All purchases of eBooks and courses are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. By completing the purchase, the user acknowledges that all digital products are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through these websites is subject to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy. For full details on how personal information is collected, used, and protected, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Warranties

The use of the Resources is provided “as is” and “as available.” There are no guarantees that:

No advice or information obtained from Rafic Osseiran or through the Resources shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this User Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the liability of Rafic Osseiran exceed the total amount paid by the user for the product or service in question.

Rafic Osseiran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the websites, services, or digital products.

Force Majeure: Rafic Osseiran shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, or interruptions in communication.
