Day 1: Celebrate Your Wins 🎉
📌 Question: What is one moment from this year that filled you with pure joy or pride?
✅ Who were you with?
✅ What were you doing?
✅ What does this moment reveal about what truly matters to you?
➡️ Why it matters:
Wins—big or small—deserve recognition. Identifying what brought you joy helps you intentionally create more of those moments in 2025.
Day 2: Learn from Challenges ⚡
📌 Question: What was the most challenging moment of the year, and how did it shape you?
✅ What emotions came up during this time?
✅ What strength, skill, or perspective did you gain from navigating it?
✅ How would the “you” from January handle this moment differently now?

Challenges aren’t just obstacles—they’re teachers. Extracting wisdom from adversity ensures that every setback is fuel for future growth.
Day 3: Acknowledge Your Growth 🌱

✅ What actions, habits, or relationships would define your year?
✅ What is one step you can take today to begin?
